By creating an account or using JoyFeed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
JoyFeed is a platform dedicated to promoting joy, well-being, and positive content. Our services include:
- Access to curated joy-focused content and resources
- Subscription-based premium content and features
- Community features and interactive experiences
- Please note: JoyFeed is not a substitute for therapy. While we hope these resources help cultivate a better mindset for users, there are limitations to the extent that they can help. We recommend that if any content is triggering, to notice what triggers you and consider utilizing the "Find An EMDR Therapist" link under the resources tab. Or, consider seeking out therapy in an alternative way.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Our premium services are available through subscription plans. Payment terms include:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JoyFeed in a manner consistent with our mission of promoting joy and positivity. You may not:
- Share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- Attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on JoyFeed are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
JoyFeed is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or by email.
10. Apple App Store EULA
If you download or use JoyFeed on an Apple device, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

JoyFeed $100 Target Gift Card Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by JoyFeed.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals 16 years or older. No purchase necessary. Both in-person and online participants are eligible to enter the giveaway.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway runs from April 18, 2026 through May 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time).
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the giveaway, participants must:
- Scan the JoyFeed QR code or access JoyFeed online and download/sign up for the app
- Create and post at least three (3) posts on JoyFeed between April 18 and May 1, 2026
All steps must be completed within the entry period to qualify.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Target gift card. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified shortly after May 1, 2026. The winner will be announced on JoyFeed and on Instagram @feeditjoy, and may also be contacted via the contact method provided.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms. JoyFeed reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary. Any fraudulent or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
